I had sworn off the stuff after my very first experience with it. It is sold at Wal-Marts in the States, which is where I picked it up as an afterthought. I attempted to use it multiple times but it was the worst cotton I have ever crocheted with! It split constantly and had this weird almost waxy feeling/coating that was left on my fingers after putting it down. Weird "yarn" bits flaked off of the main strand as I worked. It drove me NUTS. Maybe the P&C they sell at Wal-Marts is more lower end quality compared to the rest of their product?
